Q: When do I need to order my gown?

A:  It is recommended 8 to 12 months ahead of time.  However, some designer lines have 4-6 week express delivery for certain styles.

Q: Do I need an appointment?

A: While walk-in customers are always welcome, we encourage you to make an appointment to ensure that we can give you the personalized service you need.

Q: Are alterations included in the price of my gown?

A: Alterations are not included in the price of our gowns and the cost of alterations depends on the extent of work required.

Q: Can you order a gown I saw in a bridal magazine?

A: Hillary's Bridal Boutique can special order any gown made by a designer whose dresses we currently carry.

Q: Do you offer shipping services?

A: Yes. If your wedding is in another state or country, simply let us know. We can ship your gown to any destination worldwide at a fee.

Q: Do you offer dress preserving services?

A: Yes, we offer exclusive preservation services for wedding gowns and veils.
